Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first announced as transgender in high school. These were tough years, but Sasha believed that with the support from his family and friends she could take on anything. Jim and Sasha are both song writers, and have recently become an official couple and are performing in open mics as well as other local venues. The Voice coaches didn't discuss Sasha's past, but Jim and Sasha shared their experiences prior to performing. They discussed the music they listen to as well as how Sasha first picked up a guitar when he was at the age of six. Since his father is a professional music educator Sasha was more able to grasp the concept. Sasha was born a female and struggled with his identity when he was a kid. In an Instagram post Sasha spoke out about his struggle. Jim was crying when he revealed the reason of why he was unable to participate in. Sasha Allen was born when she was a girl. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. Sasha began his journey as an undergraduate male in high school. Sasha was the third transgender person to appear on the show wrote: "I feel so honored to be a part of the community of trans folks in this manner." Transgender Transgender Transgender
